London's Midtown 'an emerging centre for business'
More and more businesses could be thinking of renting new offices and relocating to the centre of London.
This is because, according to chief executive of the British Council for Offices Richard Kauntze, the Midtown area of the city is becoming increasingly attractive to firms.
He stated that St Giles, Bloomsbury and Holborn are "very much on the way up" and are no longer rejected regions of the capital.
"That is changing, not least because rents in more traditional parts are so high and there have been some good development opportunities," the expert stated.
In particular, Mr Kauntze noted that the Central St Giles development near Centre Point is "very striking".
Small companies that are looking to relocate could use business storage to keep furniture and equipment safe while the move takes place.
Many firms are also moving towards a paperless office, UK partner for consultancy firm the Birchman Group Richard Taylor recently explained, which could also mean they require storage to house old printers.
