As we are all aware, this is a very fast moving crisis. The Government have been issuing new guidelines on a daily basis, and here at Lens Storage, we have been reviewing our services in line with these guidelines. We will be keeping you informed as and when required, to ensure you are fully aware of any changes to the services provided by Lens Self Storage.

What measures are you putting in place to ensure staff and customer safety?
  1. Receptions have been installed with sneeze screening which means you are safe to enter reception when you visit.

  2. When entering reception, we ask that all customers wear a mask or face covering and in any event, please avoid all contact less than 2 meters with staff or other customers.

  3. Sign In/Out areas will have hand sanitiser to use before and after signing in.

  4. Please do not share the lift with anyone else.

Yes, payments can still be made securely over the phone during our new opening times.

Can I still move in or out during this time?

Yes, if deemed crucial, we will allow customers to move into store and also vacate their unit if required.

Can I access my unit?

We do remain open to accommodate both Essential Services and Businesses who remain open under the Governments new advice. Residential customers should refrain from attending, unless your visit is “Essential”.

Why are we remaining open?

Some of our customers are providing critical services and supplies and need the facilities to remain open which allow them to maintain access to their units when needed.
