I just wanted to pass on our very grateful thanks to you all for the part you played in ensuring such a smooth transfer of furniture from my parents flat on Monday to their new home.

Alex, the care, time, detailed planning, organising and advice ahead of the move day was amazing, together with your calm and reassuring manner! Thank you.

For all of you; your professionalism, courtesy, care and approachability throughout the move was so much appreciated, thank you. It really helped to reduce our stress on such a big day.

Alex made the whole experience very easy. From explaining over the phone how storage worked and supplied costs for removal and storage of our furniture. On the day he called to let us know he was on way. The team were very polite and a pleasure to have in the house. Nothing was a problem and we were loaded in the hour. Booking in at site was also simple if a bit long winded. If there system allowed entry of a post code to find address it would be simpler. I was shown the storage unit which looked clean and dry. Overall I would not hesitate to use them again if required.

My wife and I received really excellent service from our first enquiry to our furniture expertly being stacked in a storage unit and the access fob being handed over. All of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and - as we saw with Alex and Craig - highly skilled in taking heavy and awkward furniture out of our flat downstairs to the van and then safely storing it in the unit without any mishaps. At each stage the process was clearly described so we were never in doubt as to what was happening and what actions we needed to do. Being guided through the online check-in process was a definite bonus! We will definitely use the company again and would certainly recommend others to do it too.

Used them several times. Clean, efficient with helpful staff. Easy to load and unload. Lots of trolleys etc. Recommend highly.
